What is a Loft House?

It's a dry, clean floor out of the mud. It's four walls and shelter from the wind and chill. It's a roof that doesn't leak. In short it is the love of Christ and hope for a better day. A loft house is a 12 x12 foot, "kit home" that can be pre-fabbed at a local church and then trailered to Mexico. Assembly by a small construction team takes just a few hours. Weekend Mission Trips to Mexico

This entry-level, short-term, international experience has a very reasonable cost and only requires a weekend commitment. Pre-fabbed loft houses are trailered to poor villages outside Ensenada and assembled in one day. Teams caravan to Ensenada by car on Friday night, and return by Sunday evening.
